🌱 To keep the environmental impact low, consider making a larger order or teaming up to order with colleagues in your area.

As soon as you place your order, we will start the process of shipping it to you. We estimate it will take:

👉 Denmark: around 2 days
👉 Within the EU: 3-4 days
👉 Outside the EU: 7-8 days

Please keep in mind that depending on your location, it may take 2-4 weeks to arrive at your door. In the meantime, we hope you have other things at home to keep you warm 😉

If you haven't received your order after 4 weeks, please reach out to us by sending an email to swag@umbraco.dk with your product details.

Cancellation, return, exchange, and refunds 

We offer the swag shop as a friendly service for businesses who want limited-edition Umbraco swag at a fair price. 

❗ Important: We do not offer cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds in any case.  

There are a few reasons for this:

• The price of the swag means we don't earn the resources to handle returns, exchanges, or refunds
• We only offer the swag to B2B markets. According to Danish law, when selling to B2B markets, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not a requirement
• The way our webshop is set up, we cannot facilitate automatic return of your orders 
• We have a limited amount of swag in stock 
• The Umbraco swag is specially made with Umbraco branding 

When ordering clothing, please make sure you have chosen the size and color you want before placing your order. You can check out what size the friendly Umbraco HQ models wear under each product.  

If it turns out that the swag you ordered does not fit, why not pass it on to a friendly colleague, friend, or family member? 🤗

Damaged goods 

We will always ship your goods with the best intentions. It is possible, however, that after a long trip your order may be damaged. If that's the case, please let us know by sending an email with your order details to swag@umbraco.dk and we will make sure to fix this for you!
